What they’re looking for:
•Bachelors Degree or higher required.
•3 years of related experience (HR, worker development, school liaison, etc.) REQUIRED
•Knowledge of health care system careers, recruitment, and workforce development. REQUIRED
•Demonstrated success in developing and leading recruitment and workforce strategies.
Hours and compensation potential:
•The position is full-time primarily day shift.
•The range is between $70,000-$82,000 year depending on experience.
• Full benefits package included.
What you’ll be doing:
•Responsible for the leadership, vision and overall coordination of workforce development strategies and initiatives for the healthcare system. 
The incumbent will work with department leaders to identify key workforce development needs and use this information to formulate purposeful strategies to recruit required staffing resources. 
Additionally responsible for development and nurturing of relationships with school counselors and instructors to assure their promotion of healthcare careers with their students and to facilitate a connection to these students as current and future job candidates Development of education and recruitment programs for students ranging from junior high school to graduates of associate degree and bachelor’s degree programs. 
Helps identify opportunities for improving recruitment outcomes as the employment demands shift and change. 
•Establishes effective procedures to audit, monitor and evaluate outcomes/results of initiatives, programs, etc.
•Effectively develops productive working relationships with external partners within the local and regional schools including high schools, vocational programs, technical schools, and universities.
•Partners with Human Resources and Marketing to develop effective recruitment programs including job fairs, social media programming, etc.
Additional info:
•Position reports to the Director Human Resources
•This is a new position. This is not a remote position. Person needs to have familiarity with east central Ohio.
•Person is expected to connect with all local schools to educate about career paths in healthcare at the facility; will be expected to have the ability to track/show ROI for their interactions/interventions with students. 
•Will speak at various classes upon request, will develop school programs, attend school/job fairs, etc.
