Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in our dynamic production team? We're seeking a passionate Production Scheduler to drive efficiency, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless operations across our production cycle. The Production Scheduler plays a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and overseeing the production flow across the entire production cycle. This position entails timely scheduling of manufacturing work orders, optimizing production efficiencies, and managing the supply chain for production consumables. The Production Scheduler collaborates closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations and meet both internal financial objectives and customer delivery deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.  Will consider applicable work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Previous experience in production scheduling, supply chain management, or procurement is required.
• MUST be willing to work onsite and requires individual to be onsite.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and experience implementing process improvements is desirable.
• Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
