Job description:

Supervises all trades and vendors: with PM schedules trade work in field, and follow up correspondence to provide clear start time, scope, coordination, and duration

Maintains quality control on all aspects of construction

Schedules inspections and maintains electronic logs

Collects, manages, and issues shop drawings, SKs, and specs

Manages Punch List

Confirms % complete with PM on sub billing

Writes daily field report

Maintains drawings, produces field Sketches as needed, and SK log in the field

Maintains permits and permit set

Takes and manages field photos works with APM for weekly report

Alerts PM to trade issues and sub scheduling problems (i.e., No shows)

Sets up a field office

Orders tools & obtains construction materials for the project

Maintains job site safety, quality control and standardized construction procedures.

Organizes project paperwork, inspects adjacent apartments to work site and sets up reference lines and a benchmark.

Submits weekly time sheets for site crew.

Qualifications:

7 - 10 years of Site Superintendent experience

Experience in high-end residential construction
