Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Staff RN to provide expert care to critically ill patients during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intensive care nursing, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill patients, including vital signs, and respond to any changes in status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Operate and monitor life support equipment and other medical devices.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and implement patient care.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures, including infection control standards.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state of MT or Compact.
- BSN or ADN from an accredited nursing program.
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.
- Current BLS/CPR and ACLS certification.
- CCRN Adult Certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- within 90 days of hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association.
- within 90 days of hire: National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course.
- 1 year - Nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.

Salary: $65,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
