Five or more years of estimating and sales experience for commercial construction is required to be considered
- Three or more years of Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning experience is required to be considered
- Base pay is $50,000 to $65,000 plus commission which could put total compensation over $100,000
- Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
- There is some ability to work from home but also the need to go to client sites throughout Wisconsin

This full time, permanent Commercial Building Construction HVAC Sales Estimator opportunity is at a growing, commercial HVAC system designer, builder, and servicer located just northeast of Madison. The company has a great design and build reputation so employees are being added to keep up with the consistently growing demand. Customers are diverse across many industries so the workload is very stable. Employees are never bored as projects are challenging and vary greatly. The company promotes from within.
This is a new position that could grow across the divisions of the company. The work schedule can be flexible. The duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Building out your day the way you want it and the way that makes you the most effective
- Making phone calls to generate business
- Traveling to client sites within the State of Wisconsin (typically not overnight)
- Meeting clients trying to continue to build and maintain relationships
- Estimating and creating competitive bids for a variety of contracts
- Working for both the construction division and the service division
The successful candidate must have a background that includes the following:

- Three years of Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning experience
- Possess the ability to travel to client sites within the State of Wisconsin (typically not overnight)
- A solid work history
- A US citizen or possess a green card
- A residence within 45 minutes
