Technical Support Engineer Software

Our clients patented software platform is in very high demand by their strategic partners and as a result, they are experiencing unprecedented growth. A variety of technologies are involved including high-performance software, security, data storage and archiving, data analytics, data corruption detection, machine learning, etc. As the company experiences this period of growth, we are looking for talented individuals who are motivated by overcoming difficult technical challenges in a collaborative environment to join the team. Ideal candidates for these positions will have experience in software technical support for external partners and customers (this is NOT desktop support or systems administration), solving software related issues by taking deep dives into file logs, have knowledge of Linux OS and Linux commands and outstanding interpersonal skills. Experience with Cyber Security/Recovery and/or data backup is a big plus. Some nights or time on weekends will be needed as per customer demand.
