Our esteemed law firm client is in search of a Trust & Estates Attorney with approximately 4 years of experience in this field to join their new office, which boasts an exceptional view.

**Location of office is Newport Beach, CA.**

Responsibilities:

Estate Planning: Create customized estate plans, including wills and trusts, to meet client objectives.
Asset Protection: Advise clients on preserving and safeguarding assets while minimizing tax implications.
Trust Administration: Manage trust assets and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Probate Assistance: Guide clients through the probate process. Special needs probate experience is a plus
Tax Planning: Develop strategies to reduce estate and inheritance tax liabilities.
Legal Research: Stay current on California trust and estate laws.
Qualifications:

JD degree and California State Bar membership.
4 years of trust and estate planning experience.
Strong knowledge of California trust and estate laws.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Client-focused and detail-oriented.


In this role, you'll help clients secure their financial legacies, ensuring their estate plans align with their goals and wishes. No litigation involved.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $130,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
