- reorganize their existing office processes
- effectively lead staff
- ensure the smooth onboarding of new clients
- facilitate communication with existing clients to enable continuous first class customer service
- keep everyone focused on their tasks

- Experience in a similar role for any type of consulting practice. Accounting, law, medical are all good.
- Self confident and self motivated
- Excellent multi tasking and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills in English
- Any foreign language skills are a plus, especially Hebrew, Spanish, or Russian
- Local to Hollywood Florida area
