Our client is a major aerospace manufacturer with a growing operation near Woodstock NY.  

Due to continued growth, they need a Senior Design Engineer to design, manufacture, test & certify high-performance AC and brushless DC Fans, Blowers, and Cooling Systems for the aerospace and defense industries.

 

The Senior Design Engineer supports the design, development, and testing of various types of electric motors, including both brushless DC and AC induction motors

 

The Senior Design Engineer will translate technical information into basic terms and effectively communicate them to the build and test teams. 

 

The role requires a BS and/or MS in Mechanical Engineering.

 

The salary range is 130K – 155K and should come out the aerospace industry or service to the aerospace industry.

 

Based on government contracts the candidate needs to be a US citizen.
