Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations in a dynamic retail setting. Key Responsibilities:

Ensure precise prescription dispensing and full compliance with all federal and state pharmacy regulations.

Conduct Drug Utilization Reviews (DUR) and quality assurance checks for each order.

Drive pharmacy growth through vaccination programs, Medication Therapy Management (MTM), and other clinical initiatives.

Lead and support pharmacy technicians in performance, training, and daily workflow.

Provide direct patient consultations and address medication or therapy concerns.

Manage pharmacy inventory, optimize ordering, and monitor sales performance to meet business goals.

Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and resolve prescription inquiries.

Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation.

Step into leadership and management duties when needed to uphold operational excellence.
Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of West Virginia (or eligibility for reciprocity).

Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.

Immunization certification (APhA or equivalent).

Strong leadership and communication abilities; proven record in patient service and team management.
