Job Summary and Qualifications

The Administrative Director, Emergency Services ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the performance and results of multiple sites and/or multiple functional areas. The Administrative Director fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and directs the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility and/or market objectives.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• 3+ Years of Recent Acute Care ED Director or Manager experience required *Would consider Manager depending if they're in a large ED or depends on reporting structure
• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Master's Degree Preferred
