We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist Supervisor (Full Time-Days)

Our ideal candidate will provides respiratory therapy treatment and patient care according to hospital, state, professional and federal regulations and guidelines, has 24/7 accountability and responsibility working closely with the Respiratory Director. The candidate oversees the day-to-day operations of a respiratory therapy department within a healthcare facility, ensuring quality patient care by managing staff, assigning tasks, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining compliance with clinical standards, while also providing clinical expertise and leadership to respiratory therapists under their supervision.
