As a Service Technician, youll be on the frontline, delivering top-tier service to our residential and commercial customers across Bozeman, Belgrade, Big Sky, and beyond.

• Run service calls for no heat or no cool issues perform diagnostics and complete repairs
• Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) on a variety of heating and cooling systems
• Install HVAC equipment in residential or light commercial settings
• Use software tools to complete work orders, record job details, and process customer payments
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to emergencies
• Provide excellent customer care communicate clearly, listen actively, and ensure satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Prior HVAC service experience is a plus, but were equally excited to train the right person
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong mechanical aptitude
• Great communication skills both with customers and with team members
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well in a collaborative environment
• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
