Job description:
We are looking for a Corporate Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing Corporate Finance team in Ontario, CA. What Youll Do- Lead and support corporate financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, providing insights that drive strategic decisions.
- Perform variance and profitability analysis across diverse real estate and construction projects.
- Develop detailed financial models for acquisitions, investments, and new developments.
- Prepare and present executive-level reports and performance dashboards for senior leadership.
- Collaborate closely with accounting, project management, and operations to ensure accuracy and alignment in financial reporting.
- Assist in strategic planning initiatives, helping to shape the companys growth trajectory.
- Continuously improve financial processes and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
Qualifications:
What Youll Bring- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, or real estate/construction finance.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities; experience with ERP and reporting systems.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate development, project costing, and financial performance metrics.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
