Sales & Customer Success Specialist

In this role, you’ll be the trusted voice for key accounts — ensuring their needs are met, issues are resolved, and every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
What You’ll Do

Be the go-to resource for customers — responding to inquiries, tracking order progress, and providing expert product guidance.

Recommend materials and specifications to ensure each customer gets the right solution for their unique application.

Handle customer concerns with confidence, including managing non-conforming material situations.

Calculate pricing across product grades and make adjustments within approved guidelines to support sales success.

Partner closely with Operations, Production Planning, and Accounting to keep orders moving and customers satisfied.

Determine and adjust transportation methods to optimize delivery performance.

Engage in occasional onsite customer visits to strengthen relationships and support ongoing business.

Jump in to assist your teammates and ensure coverage whenever needed.

Follow established policies and maintain a strong focus on workplace safety.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field preferred — equivalent industrial or sales experience will be considered.

Strong communication skills — you’re confident interacting with customers and skilled at crafting clear, concise messages.

Prior experience in industrial sales, marketing, or quoting is a strong plus.

A natural curiosity and desire to learn the technical side of our products.
