Position Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, expanding client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the promotion of Our Client staffing services. This role requires a highly motivated, results-oriented professional with demonstrated success in business development, relationship management, and solution-based selling.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Conduct client meetings and deliver formal presentations that highlight Client's service offerings and value proposition.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Partner with recruiting teams to align staffing strategies with client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and pipeline management within the CRM system.
  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Represent Our client at professional events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in staffing, recruiting, or B2B professional services.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
