Note: The qualified candidate for this position must have a J.D. and at least 3 years of employment law litigation experience.

Job Description
- Represent employees in employment litigation, including discrimination, retaliation, wage/hour, and leave-related claims
- Draft and respond to demand letters, pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal briefs
- Appear before state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies (EEOC, NYSDHR, DOL)
- Conduct and defend depositions, argue motions, and participate in mediations and settlement conferences
- Manage individual caseloads from intake through resolution while collaborating closely with partners
- Contribute to the firm’s strategic growth in the New York market
Qualifications
- J.D. and admission to the New York Bar (admission in MA, CT, or NJ a plus)
- Minimum 3 years of employment law litigation experience, preferably plaintiff-side
- Proven ability to manage all phases of litigation, from drafting to trial preparation
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Demonstrated commitment to protecting employee rights and advancing workplace fairness
