This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects, work closely with team members across departments and leadership levels, and help shape business process efficiencies through data and collaboration.

Position Highlights:

  • Hybrid schedule: In-office 3 days per week (typically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

  • Process Mapping: able to improve operational efficiencies with process mapping and consistent improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members across all departments to understand business needs and opportunities
  • Research, document, and analyze current business processes
  • Identify trends and recommend process improvements using a data-driven approach
  • Lead and facilitate meetings to define and modify workflows, including process mapping and documentation
  • Develop and maintain documentation such as business rules, process diagrams, and training materials
  • Understand and incorporate local or regional requirements into broader company processes
  • Extract and analyze data to reveal insights, patterns, and predictive indicators
  • Build consensus and present findings to management with actionable recommendations
  • Partner with application development teams to ensure system functionality aligns with business processes
  • Drive and manage projects from inception to completion, including communication and action planning
  • Facilitate remote and in-person discussions to coordinate improvement efforts

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business process analysis, continuous improvement, or similar roles
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to see initiatives through from start to finish
  • Familiarity with Visio or other process documentation tools; Project Management software knowledge a plus
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or PMP certification is strongly preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 30–50% as needed
