🔹 About the Role

As Virtual Office Counsel, you will:

• Handle EPLI-covered litigation, administrative agency charges (EEOC, DOL), and demand letters

• Manage single-plaintiff matters in federal and state courts

• Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and legal strategy documents

• Collaborate with experienced partners, associates, and paralegals

• Enjoy autonomy without the pressure of business development

✅ Qualifications

• At least 5 years of employment law experience

• Law firm background required

• Strong writing and litigation skills

• Ability to manage matters independently from intake to resolution

• Barred in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (CA, WA, or AZ strongly preferred)

• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment

💼 Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $130,000–$165,000 depending on experience

• Bonus Potential
