Remote Special Counsel โ Employment Litigation (Nationwide)

This is a nationwide, mostly remote opportunity open to attorneys located in any U.S. state. We have an urgent need in California, Washington, and Arizona, but are reviewing strong candidates nationwide.
๐งพ Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve:

EPLI-covered employment litigation
-
Administrative agency charges (EEOC, DOL, MSPB, etc.)

Attorney demand letters
-
Single-plaintiff employment disputes
Handle all litigation phases: discovery, depositions, motions, mediation, and resolution
Collaborate with a distributed legal team and support staff
Provide strategic legal advice and risk assessments to employer clients
Attend occasional in-person hearings, mediations, or conferences as needed
โ Qualifications

7โ25 years of legal experience (law firm background required)

Proven ability to manage cases from intake to resolution independently

Strong expertise in employment law defense and administrative agency matters

Excellent legal writing, communication, and client-management skills

Licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (ideally where the firm has offices)

Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision

๐ต Base Salary: $185,000โ$200,000 (depending on experience and hours)
๐ฏ Bonus Potential: Up to 10% annually
