Client is seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer to join our design and engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for commercial, industrial, and residential projects across California. Strong knowledge of California building codes, Title 24, and NEC standards is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Design electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and control systems.
• Prepare engineering calculations, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other engineering disciplines.
• Ensure designs comply with state and national codes and standards (NEC, CEC, Title 24).
• Assist in project estimating and material take-offs.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and verify existing conditions.
• Support construction and field teams with technical guidance during installation.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE required).
• 3+ years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in California.
• EIT certification required; PE license preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and lighting calculation software. 
• Strong understanding of NEC, California Electrical Code, and Title 24.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
