Five years of quality related experience in a manufacturing environment and a related degree or an additional four years of quality related experience in a manufacturing environment is required
One year of QMS documentation experience and one year of PPAP experience is also required

This stable, established, growing, high-precision manufacturing company is looking to hire a full time, permanent Quality Control Specialist. The company moved to their new, temperature controlled and clean manufacturing facility. The successful candidate's duties and responsibilities will encompass the following:
- Performing First Article Inspections (FAI) and preparing those documents for submission
- Contacting suppliers regarding quality issues
- Participating in inspection audits
- Reviewing requirements and supplier Certificates of Conformance
- Participating in maintaining the Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards
The background of the successful candidate must include the following to be considered for this position:
- Five or more years of quality related experience in a manufacturing environment
- A related degree or an additional four years of quality related experience in a manufacturing environment
- One or more years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- One or more years of QMS documentation experience
- One or more years of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) experience
- Possess a solid work history
- Being a US citizen or green card holder
- Having a residence within a 45 minute drive
