What they are looking for:

-Associates Degree in Nursing is required. Bachelors Degree in Nursing is preferred.

-Certifications: BLS, ACLS

-RN licensure in the state of KY.

 

Hours and compensation potential:

-Shifts are 10 hour shifts 4 days per week and the person will take 12 on call days a month.

-Hourly range is  between $29.20hr-$43.80hr and depends on experience. They have an excellent benefit package and will offer some relocation/sign on bonus.

 

What you will be doing:

Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/healthcare errors.

Ability to formulate an individualized plan of care, revise plan as indicated by the patient's response to treatment, and evaluation overall plan daily for effectiveness

 

Additional Info:

The hospital is a an 80 bed acute care hospital that is Joint Commission Accredited.

The Cath Lab is the newest service line at the hospital and opened end of last year. Great staff to work with.

Currently, they have 4 holding beds and 1 procedure room. We have 5 RN’s on staff and typically see 2-5 cases a day.

The manager would like someone with critical care experience and has to take on call.
