Privately owned manufacturing operation in eastern TN has immediate opening for a Sr. HR Manager. This position will be based in E.TN, but will also be responsible for a second manufacturing plant in Chicago. Some travel required.
The Sr. HR Manager will be responsible for roughly 100 employees between the two locations. There is work to be done with this job...you will essentially be building the HR program from the ground up. The company is growing, so there will be a heavy focus on recruiting both hourly and salaried employees.
Qualified candidates must have BS degree along with at least 10 years HR experience in manufacturing. Must be comfortable being a solo-HR provider who can build a support team over time.
