Pediatric Clinical Nurse Coordinator -Full Time-Dallas, TX
Shift: Full Time- Nights (1) (Rotating Weekends)

The hospital’s robotic surgery staff are pioneers in performing minimally invasive surgery, which reduces pain, blood loss, and scarring, while also shortening the recovery period for patients. The facility also specializes in rehabilitation, heart and vascular care, and women's services, among other services. It also detects and treats all kinds of cancer while providing a calming and secure environment for its patients and respective family members.
Under the general supervision of the unit’s director or designee the Clinical Nurse Coordinator assumes responsibility for direction and coordination of all functions in the unit on his/her designated shifts. In collaboration with other members of the management team, this individual is responsible for the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit or department.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
BSN required within 1 year. Magnet®/Pathways® Accredited hospitals require BSN at time of hire.
Current Texas RN license or RN compact license.
Current BLS issued by the American Heart Association.
Certification in specialty required within 1 year.
Completion of charge nurse course required within one year.
Other leadership training and activity in professional organizations highly preferred.
Two (2) years of clinical practice in the clinical specialty of his/her unit and leadership/ management experience is preferred.
Must have PED’s experience in the ED.
2 years preferably charge nurse experience
Acute care experience within the past 2-3 years in specialty
Salary Range: $36.06-$46.88 (10 years experience) $57.70 (20 years experience)
