    Salary Range: $90000 - $127,000


• Provides direction in the operations of the Imaging Department


• Directs operation of the radiology department
• Selects, organizes, coordinates and supervises Imaging Department staff
• Coordinates all daily exams and/or procedures on patients
• Assures adequate staffing and scheduling of staff
• Orders and maintains supply stock levels
• Assists in the selection, training and disciplinary actions of Imaging Services personnel
• Develops goals/objectives
• Implements policies and procedures
• Works closely with the Education department in the assigning of students and activities
• Assumes managerial responsibility in the absence of the director
• Evaluates/recommends equipment needs
• Prepares reports, records and analysis of department
• Evaluates needs for contract services
• Develops/maintains QPI program
• Orders and maintains supply stock levels

• Bachelor’s degree
• Graduate of accredited Medical Imaging Technology Program, American Registry Radiologic
Technology or ARDMS registered
• Registered Medical Imaging Technologist in the State of Oregon
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) or must be obtained
• by the last day of the month after the 60-day grace period
• Image Wisely pledge certificate or must obtain within 30 days of hire date and annually by
January 30 thereafter
• Image Gently pledge certificate or must obtain within 30 days of hire date and annually by
January 30 thereafter

• Three years’ experience as a staff technologist
• One year experience in a supervisory position
