Job Purpose
The HR Generalist will be responsible for day-to-day activities supporting the
leadership team and employees. There is an opportunity to support and assist in designing a
variety of talent programs and foundational HR processes. The company needs a creative
businessperson who adapts quickly to changes, strives for growth, can manage multiple
demands, and delivers consistently.


The HR Generalist will:
? Manage day to day questions from employees through our HR email system.
? Lead and manage the onboarding of all new employees throughout the organization.
? Organize existing and assist in creating people policies, documents, and templates.
Recommend and draft additional policies and templates as needed. Ensure that each
employee is aware of all key policies, and where to find relevant information.
? Develop and maintain an organizational chart, to show reporting lines and
accountability for tasks within each department.
? Manage and monitor talent information through our HRIS, Paycom.

Engage with the employees to build a fulfilling and inspiring workplace experience for
our diverse team, cultivating a positive experience at every step of the employee
? Enhance the experience of employees by improving and maintaining a positive and
inclusive culture of collaboration, continuous development, and communication.
? Collaborate with other HR team members to drive core people process excellence
across the organization including but not limited to talent acquisition, on-boarding,
performance management and rewards & recognition.
? Support HR leader to execute on talent processes and programs to support business
? Support HR leader to report on relevant staffing, engagement and retention metrics.
Create and implement initiatives to address potential staffing deficiencies in numbers,
diversity, etc.

? You need experience:
? Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and 3-4 years of HR experience with a
preference for and experience in working within a healthcare environment.

relationships at all levels of the organization.
? Be a trusted coach and problem solver with employees–you simply have a desire
to connect with people.
? Be an engaging presenter for new hires and be able to sell the company during the
recruiting cycle.
? You are creative, analytical and a problem-solver:
? Possess analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make
recommendations by using judgment that is consistent with company culture as
well as standards, practices, policies, procedures and/or governing law.
? Have good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
