Position Summary

The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis will be the leader/project manager responsible for analyzing all reporting and financial performance ― from annual budget planning and monthly tracking to preparing discrete analysis for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), Board of Directors, and Investors.  This individual will thrive on analyzing and investigating the “data” to understand the cause, trends, and impact and will then package those findings into easily digestible insights and dashboards to allow the ELT to understand the key performance indicators and their context so smart and informed decisions can be made with all relevant facts to help client achieve better outcomes.

This key position will perform in-depth financial analysis for multiple constituents (i.e. the ELT, the Board of Directors, and Investors).  Additionally, this role will play an integral part in the strategic planning process.

The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis is a highly visible role and will work closely with the ELT and act as the analytical engine of the Company to aid data-driven decision making and drive visibility, alignment, and organizational processes to foster quick and effective decision making for all levels of their business lines.
