These full-time, salaried positions will provide leadership and support for company growth and improvement, ensuring that SOPs, GMP’s, SQF and quality programs are in place and are consistently followed. Individuals will provide strong leadership, guidance and direction to all employees within the plant, have direct responsibility for cheese production and dried whey products, and will ensure that volume, cost standards and quality parameters are consistently achieved. Individuals will assist in managing a 24/7 operation with numerous product changes, while maintaining high cheese quality standards using advanced cheese making technology.
A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 (five) years of relevant manufacturing experience in a dairy manufacturing environment is REQUIRED. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, a strong safety background and mindset, high attention to detail, familiarity with SQF, HACCP and quality and sanitation policies. This position will require schedule flexibility to work all shifts (primarily 2nd and 3rd shift) and rotating weekend coverage.
