The Clinical Quality Coordinator shall work closely with and under the direction of the Transplant Program Administrator and ultimately, the Medical Director of transplant, to improve performance by monitoring and auditing quality performance data related to transplant services.
This position’s overall purpose is to support quality-related aspects for reducing care fragmentation while optimizing patients’ individual experience of care, improving health of populations, reducing costs of care for populations and enhancing care team satisfaction. Position will be responsible for all gathering, analyzing and reporting all quality data related to transplant services and submission of data to the SRTR registry.
4 year / Bachelor’s Degree: Bachelors of Science in Nursing. Or Non-Nursing Bachelor’s degree with a MSN

The Health Transplant Institute is the new home for the nationally recognized kidney and liver transplant program formerly located at Hahnemann University Hospital. The Institute’s team of renowned surgeons, hepatologists, and nephrologists have joined the Health Medical Group and will provide services in West Reading and Philadelphia. The transplant team surgeons—who have performed more than 3,000 organ transplants—will perform kidney and liver transplants at the state-of-the-art surgical facilities
