Base caps at $150,000 but commissions can be anywhere from $100K - $150K = total comp of $250K - $300K
 
 
Client Overview: Our client has completed extensive research and validated “proof of concept.”
Same Day delivery is an essential capability for our client to help their customers overcome certain logistical constraints.  
This client has recently won 3 US based clients, to include: • a major global retailer,  • a major global financial company and  • an innovative start up.  
The goal is to grow this business to $5M revenue in 2020.  
Along the way, our client will provide tailored same day delivery solutions that bring value to their customers’ brands.  The strategic approach will yield incremental business in conjunction with other company services (when applicable).
Our client’s strategic verticals include e-Commerce, Retail, Apparel & Personal Care.
 
The ideal candidate will have existing relationships with same day delivery decision-makers and expertise in best approach to winning new business. Priority for this position is to shorten sales cycle and make a meaningful impact on 2019 revenue and profit.
Mission: Because our client’s Same Day product is new, the marketing and sales approach requires development.  The goal is to bring on a “rainmaker” with deep industry experience in one of the strategic verticals to:
1. Make introductions to the decision makers in the right companies to pitch the client’s solution. 2. Develop the content & sales approach to translate target companies into revenue generating clients. 3. Participate in the sales & client management process from 1st contact through closing.
Target Candidate Profile: 1. 10+ years of experience working in or with companies w/in our client’s strategic verticals (Apparel, Personal Care, Retail, e-Commerce) preferably in a Sr. Procurement or Sr. Supply Chain role. 2. Excellent written and verbal skills. 3. Sales acumen and ability to influence. 4. Robust industry network. 
 
Target Travel:
 
30 to 40% is the expectation
