Monday - Friday, Days ON-SITE.
 
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruiter for Nursing.
 
In this professional role you will design, implement and evaluate nurse recruitment strategies and program outcomes.
 
The Recruiter will be responsible for cultivating professional relationships to source, recruit and hiring nursing staff for acute care, long term care and physician practices.
 
Develop logistics and methodologies for nurse recruiter functions.
 
Identify, screen and hire nursing talent for hospital clients.
 
Complete pre-selection screening processes and document.
 
Perform background checks on nursing candidates.
 
Maintain a database of new nursing talent with referrals.

Conduct campus recruitments to hire prospective nurses.

Resolve and troubleshoot problems arising in recruiting and hiring nurses.

Communicate potential list of nursing candidates to hospitals and healthcare settings.

Attend, conduct and organize recruitment events and job fairs.

Promote employment opportunities in nursing profession through recruitment drives.
