With this 100+ year old manufacturer, you are the owner of assigned products responsible for growing product line sales by developing and leading execution of a comprehensive product line development strategy.

Apply established Product Development processes to manage project execution. Deliver new products and product enhancements in alignment with goals. Utilize the 5 Why process.
Create and proactively update product forecast demands and process in support of meeting on-time delivery (OTD) and operating working capital (OWC) targets.
Drive collaboration to implement business development strategies, tools and processes, achieve revenue and margin goal.

Job Description
Develop, implement and maintain standard work in support of key business targets.
Maintain a product health portfolio that documents daily and strategic decision making.
Seek understanding of customer, market and application demands through collaboration with sales team, application engineers, channel partners & key customers. Attendance at industry trade shows & conferences.
Be the lead resource for the organization for product expertise. 
Develop and maintain product marketing and support materials including manuals, specifications, training documents
Implement product fulfillment strategies through lead time and pricing segmentation to increase customer awareness of product configuration/lead-time & pricing choices. 
Drive commercialization activities to achieve budget commitment per Policy Deployment for incoming orders, total shipments and standard gross margin
Lead cross-functional new product development project teams.

Qualifications
Education Requirements
Bachelors Degree, preferably in Business, Engineering or related.
MBA desired.
 
Experience 
5+ years product marketing or product management experience
Experience in developing and executing marketing and strategic plans and the ability to demonstrate understanding and execution of these processes.
Understanding of rotating equipment, vacuums, pumps, blowers, integrated systems, and appropriate applications.
Exceptional written, oral and presentation communication skills.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
