A leading healthcare organization in upstate New York seeks a Talent Pipeline Development Specialist to build a robust talent pipeline within the organization. This person leverages in-depth talent management knowledge and experience to provide expert solutions and services that result in a workforce of qualified candidates able to take on increased responsibilities and assignments. This will result in the development of an internal pipeline that will satisfy both clinical and non-clinical staffing needs while providing career growth for employees.
Candidates should have experience building a talent pipeline and implementing employee development initiatives. They will work within the organization and also partner with others, for example, local education institutions, to provide on-site classes and career guidance. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required; Master’s preferred. Candidates with experience other than HR, such as school Guidance Counselors, will be considered. Skills in creating and presenting materials targeted at employee talent development are required.
