TITLE: RN(Registered Nurse)
LOCATION: North of Columbus, OH

DETAILS:
This position delivers direct/indirect patient care utilizing the nursing process through data collection and assessment; implementation and prioritization of patient’s problems and needs; and development/implementation/evaluation of a nursing plan of care.
Demonstrates critical thinking to assure the delivery of safe, quality, age specific care.
Delegates effectively to appropriate team members. Documents accurately and in a timely manner. Communicates and collaborates with other healthcare team members.
Adheres to organizational policies and procedures; regulatory accrediting body requirements; and professional practice standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of an accredited program for nursing education, BSN preferred.
Current licensure to practice professional Nursing in the State of Ohio.
Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification required.
RN MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF NURSE EXPERIENCE.
Certification in specialty is preferred and some units will require to obtain within one year of hire.
 
POSITIONS AVAILABLE IN FOLLOWING AREAS OF NURSING:
Progressive Care Unit(PCU): 7pm-7am Needs 1year of medical surgical or critical experience and will need ACLS and PALS within 1 year of hire.
Intensive Care Unit(ICU): 7pm-7:30am or 7am-7:30pm Needs 1year of medical surgical or critical experience and will need ACLS and PALS within 1 year of hire.
Ambulatory Surgical Unit(ASU):
Post Anesthesia Care Unit(PACU):
Emergency Department(ED): 7pm-7:30am Needs completion of a Basic Dysrhythmia Course, ACLS and PALS certification required within one year from hire date.
The Center for Cancer Care: 8am-5pm Needs Certification as a Breast Health Navigator preferred, if not current, must be obtained within the first year of hire.
Cardiovascualar Services: 8am-5pm Needs to have 2 years experience and have ACLS
Medical Floor: 7pm-7am Palliative Care Training preferred.
Surgical: 7am-4pm Needs current ACLS and CNOR/PALS preferred or able to obtain within first year of hire.
Birthing Center: 7pm-7:30am NEED S.T.A.B.L.E. and NRP required. NCC certification in electronic fetal monitoring required within one year of hire.
 
COMPENSATION:
The position is offering an hourly rate starting with 1year of experience at $24.76hr and up to $32.50hr depending on experience.
There is shift differential for evenings and nights and additional $1hr for weekends.
They will offer an extra .25cents an hour per certification up to 2 as well.
If the RN picks up an extra shift they will be given an extre $135 and if they pick up 4 shifts in a month they get $135 per shift plus and an extra $500 bonus.
These positions also offer a full benefit package as well as retirement.
