Full-scale bakery supporting 2 full-service, casual, from scratch restaurants, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Produce fresh, quality breads and pastries for storefront and kitchens.
Breakfast pastries, mini desserts and syrups for coffee.
Prepare doughs, batters and fillings, proofing, baking, and decorating.
Assist in new ideas for daily specials.
Maintain company standards for recipes, standards of health, safety and proper sanitation in the production area, kitchen appliances and display case.
Reports to the Head Baker. Team of 4.
