About The Role

The Field Support & Continuous Improvement Program Manager (Field Support & CI PM) is a key member of the  team, the industries’ leading transit bus manufacturer. Using leadership and facilitation expertise, the Field Support PM is responsible for managing the requirements and interactions between the Field Service and Engineering departments throughout the bus field support process and drive continuous improvement initiatives.  He/she is expected to operate with a minimal amount of supervision under direction from the Director of Program Management. The overall objective is to streamline processes, improve communication, and remove roadblocks to ensure customer issues are addressed expeditiously and corrective actions are implemented to prevent further occurrences.
