Job description:

Role summaryOur client is seeking an Adobe Analytics Specialist to turn business questions into reliable digital measurement and actionable insights. The
role focuses on implementing and maintaining analytics tracking, validating data quality, and building reporting that helps stakeholders understand customer journeys and improve digital performance.

Key responsibilities- Translate business objectives into measurement plans, KPI definitions and tracking specifications for websites and digital
experiences.
- Implement and maintain Adobe Analytics, including report suites, eVars, props, success events, processing rules and
classifications.
- Configure Adobe Experience Platform Tags and support Web SDK tracking, XDM event mapping and datastream setup.
- Define data layers and event tracking for page views, clicks, forms, campaigns, conversions and ecommerce journeys.
- Perform tracking QA and troubleshoot missing events, duplicate hits, mapping errors and reporting discrepancies.
- Build Analysis Workspace projects, dashboards, segments and calculated metrics; analyze funnels and customer journeys.
- Document implementations and collaborate with marketing, product, engineering and privacy teams.

Requirements
- 35 years of digital analytics experience, including hands-on Adobe Analytics implementation and analysis.
- Practical knowledge of Analysis Workspace, Adobe Experience Platform Tags and Web SDK.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, JSON, browser tools and data layers.
- Experience with measurement plans, event validation and KPI reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications:

Good to have
- Adobe Analytics certification; familiarity with XDM, Customer Journey Analytics or Adobe Target.
- Experience with single-page applications, ecommerce tracking, consent management, SQL or reporting integrations.
- Ability to communicate in English and Thai.
