Job description:

Every visit here is 40 minutes of one-on-one time with you evaluations and every follow-up. No aides running your treatments, no double-booking.

This is a therapist-owned and operated outpatient practice treating orthopedic, sports, and pelvic health patients. Clinical decisions get made in the clinic by clinicians, not by a regional manager or a spreadsheet.

You'll see up to 12 patients a day, averaging 5052 visits a week. There are no productivity minimums. A quarterly bonus exists, but the practice doesn't push volume or ask you to fill downtime with extra caseload. Most therapists finish their notes during treatment time and leave on time.

• Evaluating and treating orthopedic, sports, and pelvic health patients with individualized plans of care
• Using the full 40 minutes with each patient and documenting within that time
• Reassessing progress and adjusting treatment as patients improve
• Getting people back to what matters to them sports, lifting, parenting, everyday life
• Pulling in a colleague whenever you want a second opinion
• Joining bi-weekly clinical meetings
• Building toward a specialty such as pelvic floor, sports, or dry needling, if you choose

New and recent grads are paired with a senior therapist for twice-weekly, 40-minute sessions over 612 months, shaped around what you need and adjusted as you grow. That's on top of the bi-weekly clinical meetings. Clinicians here average a Net Promoter Score above 90.

Qualifications:

• Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
• Sound clinical reasoning
• Interest in orthopedic, sports, or pelvic health physical therapy
• New grads welcome
