Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a closely related discipline. A Masters degree is highly valued.

37 years of relevant industry experience.
- Hands-on laboratory experience with a strong emphasis on safety and experimental execution.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and conduct experiments safely, with disciplined documentation and traceable data capture.
- Familiarity with standard analytical techniques, including HPLC, GC, Spectroscopy, imaging, and related methods.
- Strong practical troubleshooting skills and comfort working in laboratory and pilot-plant settings.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis, reduction, and visualization tools such as Excel, MATLAB, Python, or similar.
- Solid, in-depth Chemistry background with practical application experience.
