A well-established global logistics provider is seeking an experienced and results-oriented International Operations Supervisor to lead and strengthen its international division at a major West Coast gateway location.

This organization has an existing international operations team and is focused on elevating performance, profitability, and long-term growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys improving processes, developing strong teams, and delivering measurable operational results.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across international freight operations
• Strengthen customer service standards and accountability
• Negotiate competitive international carrier and agent pricing
• Oversee Air and Ocean Import & Export activities
• Partner closely with Sales to support both new and existing account growth
• Participate in customer meetings and business development efforts
• Develop scalable processes to support continued expansion
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and international shipping requirements

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing international freight forwarding operations (Air/Ocean Import & Export)
• Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing operations teams
• Strong background in international rate negotiation
