Job description:
As the interface between Business and IT, we develop and implement global standards and best practices for Logistics related ERP and material flow processes, improving efficiency, productivity, costs, inventories, and quality.
- Manage and roll out global logistics continuous improvement, standardization and implementation projects of:
- Warehouse Management
- Material Resource Planning
- Sales and Distribution
- Production Planning
- Manufacturing Execution Systems
- Computerized Maintenance Management systems
- Manage transfer of logistics requirements in specification, the coordination and implementation (incl. customizing) as the interface between Business and IT.
- Manage END TO END PROCESSES incl. trainings & definition of KPIs to assure sustainability and continuous improvement.
- Implement Logistics ERP Strategy with OneERP Team.
- Assure qualification, know-how transfer, check of sustainability and identification of improvement potentials within Plant Process Reviews and user training.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience and a good knowledge in project & process management, leading complex projects and international teams in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of SAP-ERP system.
- SAP processes (modules MM, WM, PP, SD, PM)
- DESIRED Knowledge in logistics & production flows, warehouse and material flow planning
- While this role is fully remote, the candidate must be located in the Indiana/Michigan/ Eastern Illinois/Western Ohio area due to localized travel within the US.
