Immediate opening for an experiencedSenior MDM Analyst with strongInformatica Master Data Management expertise. This role supports aglobal industrial manufacturer with a long history of engineering innovation and operational excellence. The position plays a key role in ensuringtrusted, governed, and high-quality enterprise data, supporting global business operations, analytics, and decision-making.

This role combinestechnical MDM architecture and development withdata governance leadership and cross-functional collaboration. The Senior MDM Analyst will design and implement enterprise MDM solutions while helping build scalable data governance and catalog capabilities across the organization.

Select Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation ofenterprise MDM solutions using Informatica MDM and related Informatica platforms.

Partner with business leaders, data owners, and SMEs to understanddata management needs, priorities, and order management processes across the enterprise.

Develop and maintaindata models, match/merge rules, survivorship logic, and data stewardship workflows to ensure accurate golden records.

Implement and optimizematching and merging algorithms to improve master data quality and reliability.

Design and developETL/ELT mappings, data pipelines, and integration workflows to support enterprise master data architecture.

Create and maintaindata quality rules, profiling processes, cleansing routines, and monitoring dashboards to ensure ongoing data integrity.

Implement and manageInformatica Cloud Data Governance & Catalog (CDGC) including metadata harvesting, business glossaries, policy enforcement, lineage, and data discovery.

Develop and maintainsource-to-target mappings and integration patterns between MDM and governance platforms to ensure proper metadata and catalog synchronization.

Collaborate withData Governance teams and downstream system owners to establish data standards, stewardship processes, and master data workflows.

Supportdata onboarding, source system integrations, entity lifecycle management, and governance adoption initiatives.

Troubleshoot production issues, conductroot cause analysis, and implement performance improvements.

Create technical documentation includingdata lineage, architecture documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials.

Providetechnical leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and participate in architecture reviews and data governance councils.

Drive adoption ofglobal master data standards and governance practices while partnering with global business leaders on improvement initiatives.


Qualifications:

Desired Qualifications

Bachelors degree inBusiness, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum45+ years of experience in Master Data Management or data governance environments.

Strong hands-on experience withInformatica MDM, including match/merge rules, survivorship logic, golden record creation, and workflow development.

Experience withInformatica Cloud Data Governance & Catalog (CDGC) including stewardship workflows, business glossaries, and governance policies.

StrongSQL skills for data validation, profiling, and troubleshooting.

Experience working withSAP ECC and related enterprise systems.

Experience buildingdata dictionaries, business glossaries, governance frameworks, and stewardship processes.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and structure data for effective business decision-making.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across IT and business teams.

Highly organized with the ability tomanage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Self-motivated professional with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.

Masters degree in a related discipline preferred.
