Frontline Source Group is partnering with a growing, technology-driven dental practice in Southeast Denver to find a Registered Dental Hygienist who wants great pay, a manageable schedule, and a team that actually has each other's backs. About the Practice
Our client is a well-established, patient-focused dental practice in Southeast Denver known for delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a modern, technology-driven environment. With a strong commitment to continuing education, both patients and staff enjoy an exceptional experience.
The team consists of 4 dentists and 7 hygienists — a collaborative, clinically aligned group with strong communication and real mentorship. This isn't a practice where you're on an island. You're supported, you're valued, and you're set up to do your best work.
The Schedule: Built for Humans, Not Machines

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Tuesdays off every single week. |

Hours |
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM with a full one-hour lunch. You eat a real meal, not a granola bar over the sink. |

Appointments |
60 minutes each. No 40-minute speed rounds. Real time for real care. |

Patient Load |
8 patients per day. That's it. Enough to stay engaged, not enough to burn you out. |

Compensation & Benefits: The Full Picture
Starting at $57/hour depending on experience — plus a benefits package that's genuinely hard to beat in dental hygiene.
Pay & Time Off
• Hourly Rate: $57/hour and up, based on experience
• Paid Time Off (all-inclusive vacation, sick, etc.): 48 hours in Year 1, 80 hours Years 1–5, 120 hours at Year 5+. Option to take additional unpaid time off.
• Paid Holidays: 9 per year (8 hours each). That's over two weeks of paid holidays alone.

• Health Insurance: UnitedHealthcare with 3 plan options. Eligible the start of the month after 30 days. Two plans offered at no cost to you. Optional buy-up or coverage for spouse/dependents available.
• Vision Insurance: Available at employee cost.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day
This is clinical hygiene done right — with the time, tools, and team support to actually do your best work.
• Review patient charts and medical history prior to treatment
• Greet and engage patients, explain procedures, and answer questions
• Provide clinical care including screenings, record collection, and patient education on oral health and treatment plans
• Schedule recall and restorative appointments
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Carestack
• Follow infection control protocols, ensure operatory cleanliness, and sterilize instruments
• Expand your clinical skills through continuing education and training (fully funded)
Who You Are
Our client is looking for a hygienist who takes pride in patient care and wants to be part of a genuinely supportive team.
• Licensed RDH: Current Registered Dental Hygienist license (Colorado or eligible)
• Preferred Certifications: Laser Certification and Local Anesthetic Certification preferred (not required)
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with Carestack and SOTA Cloud preferred, but not a dealbreaker
• New Graduates Welcome: If you're fresh out of school with the right attitude and a willingness to learn, this team will invest in you
• People Person: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a clinical environment
