Job description:

An established Assisted Living Facility in Staten Island is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead census growth, referral development, and community outreach. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong relationships in healthcare and senior living.

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase occupancy and census

Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, SNFs, rehab centers, physicians, and community partners

Conduct facility tours and represent the ALF at networking and community events

Manage lead tracking, follow-ups, and conversion metrics

Collaborate with executive and clinical teams to align marketing efforts with facility goals

Oversee digital marketing efforts (website, listings, social media, online reviews)

Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports

Qualifications:

Prior experience in Assisted Living, Senior Living, Home Care, or Healthcare Marketing (required)

Strong referral network preferred

Proven track record of increasing census

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

Comfortable with CRM systems and lead tracking

Must be at least 21 years of age

A baccalaureate degree in marketing and advertising, human services, social services,
clinical services, health service management or other pertinent fields of study is
preferred
