We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-time Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Huntsville. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement physical therapy programs under PT supervision to meet mobility goals.
• Conduct home visits for treatments and exercises to enhance function and independence.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans in consultation with supervising PT.
• Educate patients and families on recovery exercises and activities.
• Document care activities and progress accurately and timely.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree from accredited PTA program.
• Current Texas PTA license.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt in home care settings.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
