Senior Environmental Project Manager

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee Brownfield redevelopment projects from initial investigation through remediation and construction
  • Guide municipalities and developers in leveraging local and state incentive programs to support redevelopment
  • Manage multiple environmental projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk
  • Ensure projects comply with environmental regulations (EPA, CERCLA, Brownfield programs)
  • Collaborate with government agencies, community organizations, developers, and environmental stakeholders
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute expertise across interdisciplinary teams
  • Write proposals, support business development, and identify new project opportunities
  • Maintain strong client relationships, including project communication and billing oversight

What We’re Looking For

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or a related field

Experience

  • At least 10 years in environmental remediation or Brownfield redevelopment
  • Minimum of 5 years in a project management role with experience leading multidisciplinary teams
  • Expertise in environmental site assessments (Phase I & II), remediation technologies, and compliance
  • Experience with incentives and grant management is a plus
