Role Summary
The Senior Accountant will play a key role in day-to-day financial operations, including financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable oversight, reconciliations, budgeting support, and regulatory compliance. This position works closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate financial data and support informed business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes and ensure timely, accurate processing.
- Perform general ledger management and account reconciliations.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning.
- Support internal audits and ensure adherence to financial policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Prepare regulatory reports and assist with tax-related filings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial operations and drive process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles.
- Experience with AP/AR, general ledger management, and financial reconciliations.
- Proficiency with accounting software platforms and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
- CPA or progress toward CPA preferred (not required).
