What You'll Do:

·       Represent clients in workers' compensation proceedings

·       Attend hearings, depositions, and negotiate settlements

·       Conduct legal research and draft motions, reports, and other legal documents

·       Manage caseload efficiently while collaborating with colleagues

·       Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members

What We're Looking For:

·       Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

·       Active California Bar license

·       Workers' compensation defense experience is highly preferred

·       Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

·       Self-starter with a client-centered mindset and tech-savvy approach
