ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY – ERISA LITIGATION
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in the applicable jurisdiction, in good standing
- 2–6 years of substantive litigation experience
- ERISA litigation experience is preferred
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters concurrently
- Soft skills: Excellent communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills, along with a collaborative mindset and commitment to high-quality client service
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in ERISA litigation matters, including fiduciary duty, pension, and benefits disputes
- Draft motions, briefs, memoranda, and other litigation filings
- Participate in discovery, including depositions, document review, and preparation of discovery responses
- Conduct legal research on ERISA, employee benefits, and related statutory frameworks
- Assist with case strategy, risk assessment, and litigation planning in collaboration with senior attorneys
- Support clients across a range of industries on complex benefits-related litigation matters
